A few weekends ago I made the (well worth it) drive to Wrentham Village Premium Outlets for some spring and summer shopping, and boy have things changed since I worked here in high school. Yes, I worked at Off Fifth in high school and yes, I spent my whole check on deeply discounted Chanel mules and Splendid tops that you know, every 17 year old really needs. Now, don’t get me wrong, I have been back to Wrentham many a times between then and now, but this visit was different. The selection of stores seemed more elevated, the product was new and right on trend, and the prices were spot on. This trip we happened to be dog sitting our little pal Barkley, and we took him shopping with us, to the delight of many dog-friendly store associates and shoppers! (I think John actually got to shop more, because I was holding Barkley and became the center of attention.)

We made our way around the premium outlets starting at Vineyard Vines. John scored four summery, yet work appropriate button ups, all on an extra percentage off the marked down price. I was eyeing the white jeans with blue floral pattern (how cute are you?) and pops of neon and texture throughout the store. My new oversized clutch epitomizes both of these things and I can’t wait to sport it all summer long.

After that we paroozed through Off Fifth, specifically loving the selection of designer footwear. The three Kate Spade pairs above and the post card flats by Alice + Olivia were just too adorable to pass up. Of course, we wandered across the hall to Salvatore Ferragamo and I fell in love with the perfect-for-summer perforated version of their famous flats.

J.Crew was up next, and I picked up a few pieces that could be mixed and matched in a few ways (I’m actually wearing one of the tops I bought, as I type this blog post!). I was able to use my savings passport (more about that below) because my purchase met the spending threshold, so I scored even more savings!

John picked up a few more things, including a gorgeous pair of navy blue with white sole Lunar Grands from Cole Haan at a very, very deep discount.

All in all, our trip was a success, even Barkley had a wonderful time!
