This weekend I finally got to visit Wicked Tulips flower farm in Rhode Island and it was like frolicking around inside of a painting, every which way you looked was more beautiful than the last. For spring, you know Natasha and I have been loving all things floral, especially with a wrap. This floral wrap dress is one of my favorite pieces I’ve bought since #NoShopFeb ended, and I’m trying to shop wisely, so you know I mean it!
I love the tiny, almost polka-dot floral print on this dress, it’s so delicate. I also adore the ruffle trim, adding another girly layer to this floral wrap dress.
Every row of tulips was more beautiful than the next. I couldn’t get over the yellow and pink tulips, and how tall they were. These were definitely my favorite on the farm. Did you know, you can put a penny in your vase of tulips to help keep them standing tall and not wilt? Try it! I swear, it works
We went right when Wicked Tulips first opened in the morning and it was a little chilly, so I threw on my favorite sweater blazer (I own this in every color possible) and highly recommend wearing rainboots. The ground had lots of morning dew, and since you’re picking flowers, you’re bound to get a little dirty!
Floral Wrap Dress – $42 (similar)
Hunter Tall Rainboots – $165
J.Crew Sweater Blazer – $49 (from $98)
More wrap dresses I can’t get enough of:
If you’re interested in keeping up with when the tulips will bloom again at Wicked Tulips, I recommend getting on their email list for updates on when they will open next spring and be the first to grab tickets before they sell out!
