Reformation Boston is finally here! Only the fourth store on the East Coast (the others are in New York City, of course). What’s so amazing about the brand, is that they pride themselves on using sustainable materials, always. Each piece has a “RefScale” to show you just how eco-friendly it is. The Alex Tee has 10.2 lbs. of carbon dioxide savings, 400.4 gal. of water savings and 0.5 lbs. of waste savings.
I’ve been a few times since the shop opened this spring, each time dying to try on what I had seen on instagram and each time there was a new store set to shop. I will admit, a few of the dresses I was so eager to try on, didn’t fit me the way I’d hoped. I also ended up having to upsize. Some of the cuts were just a little too revealing for my taste and some just weren’t the right cut for my height. I did end up scoring two different dresses that I can’t wait to share with you, along with this perfect-for-everyday striped tee shirt.
On a chilly day I wore the striped, slightly cropped tee with a vegan leather moto jacket and high-waisted jeans. Such an easy outfit to throw together and I loved the edgier vibe to it. This faux leather moto jacket is actually sixty percent off right now, so scoop it up while you still can!
Nasty Gal Vegan Moto Jacket – $56 (From $90)
Joe’s Jeans Charley Fit – $94 (From $198)
J.Crew Seville Espadrilles – $128
Saint Laurent Sac Du Jour – $2,890
Reformation is located at 342 Newbury Street (towards the Mass Ave end) and opened Monday through Saturday: 11am – 7pm and Sundays: 11am – 6pm.
